Every effort is made to keep the inventory current. However some items may slip through and if you order an item that is no longer available you will not be charged for that item. If we have a portion of your item we will ship what we have in stock. |

We ship anywhere in the United States and Canada by USPS or UPS. You choose how you would like your order to come to you. All orders are shipped using normal weight standards. For a limited time we offer free shipping on all orders sent within the US sent by USPS (first class mail) Other options are available for your convenience at the carriers regular charge. Free Shipping is available on orders with 150.00 and over in USA. Weight Requirements must be met for First Class shipping. $2.00 Handling fee will apply to all orders. |

Currently we accept all Master Card, Visa PayPal, as well as Post Office and Bank Certified Money Orders. To Pay by Money Order: In the payment option of the check out area of the shopping cart, click on the “Print and Call” option and then proceed through check out. Please note if you choose to pay by money order, it will take a few extra days to process your order. |

Your order will be shipped within 24 hours of your placing it online. Due to the post office schedule, orders will ship Monday thru Friday. If you order on Saturday or Sunday please expect an extra day as the post office is closed. |

Do I have to be a member and Do you have a minimum? |

You do not have to be a member in order to shop from NC Wholesale Beads. If you live in NC and do not have a resale number NC Wholesale Beads will add the NC State Sales Tax to your order. Currently 6.75%. If you have a NC Sales and Use number, fax a copy to our office and we will remove the NC Tax from your order. NO MINIMUM PURCHASE! |

It is our mission at NC Wholesale Beads to make you completely happy. If you have a product you wish to return call us within 10 days of shipment for return authorization. Unfortunately some items are non returnable: Items that have been removed from the original packaging, items in the stringing category, wire and earwires. To receive further information on these items simply call us and we will be happy to go over the item in question. To return: Once you have received your return authorization. Package your item carefully and return to: Stern, Inc. P.O. Box 71464, Durham, NC 27722. Please send with a tracking number as we refund money for items lost in the mail. Once your item is received your refund will be credited or sent back to you. Refunds are made for the item only and do not include any refund for postage. If you have questions please call. |
